The results of the study show that all four variables are positively correlated. GSE has a direct predictive effect on DR and PTG mediating between the two. At the same time, DR hinders the effect of GSE on PTG but enhances the positive effect of PTG on PR. Discussion of the Results This study explored the relationship between GSE and PR, the mediating role of PTG, and the moderating role of DR. The results show that, in response to a public health emergency, college students with high GSE can improve their PR under the mediating influence of PTG. Further, DR can negatively regulate the relationship between GSE and PTG and positively regulate the relationship between PTG and PR. Data Availability Statement
