About this deal

A common complaint of modelling FX is that they emulate distortions and overdrives quite poorly. While this is no longer a given with modern units, the MS-3 sidesteps this with its loop switcher functionality.

MS-100BT (discontinued): stereo in/out, Bluetooth connectivity with an iOS app (no Android or USB editing though), wide range of effects, works for guitar and bass. Can use 6 effects at once; comes with 100 effects. The reverbs don't seem very "expansive" and don't seem to add much dimension to the sound (I have a Boss RV500 that I'm 50/50 on selling, so trying to find some good ambient reverbs that might justify me getting rid of it) The resulting synth sound itself is fantastic, of course, but the final killer blow was when at the I pair this with a Tonex pedal for amp and overdrive modeling, and with those two I have an entire guitar rig in just two affordable pedals - no big amps or speakers or huge boards to lug around to practice or gigs. The value is off the charts here.

DSP Power Consumption Chart - while this is for the N series, it shows the relative difference in processing power between effects The Zoom MS-70CDR MultiStomp is a dedicated multi effects unit for Chorus, Delay and Reverb effects. It offers total control over each effect in a box the size of a single guitar effects stomp box!

If you have a Zoom MS-70CDR and would like to test the waters with free synth-specific presets, Yuki Round out your sound with your choice of two different graphic equalizers—one optimized for guitar and the other optimized for bass—and with Zoom's Noise Reduction (ZNR) algorithm, designed to remove noise during pauses while still maintaining your instrument's natural tone. Key Features Electronic Corona ChorusやTri-Chorus、BOSS CH-1 Super Chorus、CE-1 / CE-5 Chorus Ensemble、MXR M234 Analog Chorus、Electro-Harmonix SmallClone、ADA flangerを内蔵しています。 After that you get one of these Boss sized pedals to experiment with different "extras" that you may not consider to be fundamental to what you are aiming at, without braking your bank account.Again, you find the quality of the effects in this little box are pretty good and you give it a place in your pedalboard to goof around with it.

If you have an MS-50G or MS-60B, note that you should NOT remove "CMN_DRV.ZDL" from your MS-50G, and you should NOT remove "CMN_BASS.ZDL" from your MS-60B. Ideal for the player in pursuit of an extended range of sounds, the Zoom MS-70CDR Multi-Stomp Effects Pedal supplies a mighty selection of chorus, delays and reverb stylings, all within one efficient size. With everything from vintage to modernised characteristics to the sounds, get larger than life tone within the push of a button. with 30 presets, but they are obviously geared towards the needs of guitar players. For synth nerds,The latest version has 137 effects and 50 user patches (says the box on mine, firmware 2.0, but mine actually has firmware 3.0...).I think I have the 50G running on the latest too, I had to update it from 2.0. from what I can tell, the 50 and 70 are basically the same except the 70 has stereo in. you can't get all the FX onto the unit at the same time, it seemed to me. so you have to choose what to put in there. I'm not sure if you can put the bass amps in though. or maybe you can but I just didn't. I'd have put it all on if I could I suppose. also some of the other FX take more DSP, so you hit the DSP limit faster. If you only play guitar, or only play bass, you can remove these similar effects from the MS-70CDR that aren't for your instrument: should not judge the Zoom units on price alone, because the value for money they offer really is off
