Johnnie Walker, Tommy Dewar and the other great whisky barons were quick to recognise the benefits of branding and marketing their blended whiskies.

From here he would off-load his cargo of Berry Brothers' Cutty Sark whisky onto smaller boats to be distributed to speakeasies across America's East Coast.
