to my nose the right balance of fresh notes with a stronger emphasis on a warm base, I detect the orris root, the patchouli is real soft, I dont get much fruity notes but the overall tone of the scent is pretty, intimate, real nice. There is punch of fruits, flowers with a tangy essence to it probably due to pink pepper which gives it a little kick making it unique scent. Like DKNY claims, the patchouli is there, but for those who are afraid of wearing anything too "strong", this is a fairly tame patchouli - you can wear it to the office without any issue.

So, yep got the largest bottle and there feels like enough substance, that I may make it through it by the end of winter without boredom. I'm not really a fan of sweet perfumes myself, so this is the part of the perfume that I like the least, although I'm sure others will like it.Sweet notes of raspberry and pink pepper is found in the opening, while the heart is dominated by patchouli and the base by subtle vanilla and musk. I envision this to be a “time off” informal weekend scent, a scent for watching movies, for running general errands, for meeting up with friends for a casual dinner. After the Be Delicious/Sweet Delicious line's metallic note, I didn't think DKNY could do a sweet fragrance I'd like. Each spritz of DKNY MYNY Eau de Parfum celebrates the energy of New York and the individuals that live it, dream of it and yearn for it. Perhaps for others it's not like this, but I will say, you couldn't PAY ME to wear this perfume for even one day!

I was told that this was a fragrance unlike Be Delicious, and the thought of a mélange of raspberry and pink pepper made me swoon. It reminds me a bit of Gucci Guilty (because of the pepper and patch) but stronger and this one is not powdery. They combine the juicier fruits, such as raspberry, pear and peach with a tinge of freshly-cut flowers. If this works with your skin chemistry this can be a spicey sweet yet pleasant crowd pleasing scent.Not because I don't like their fragrances, I've just had too many people overspraying Be Delicious and Red Delicious in public restrooms. The Bottom Line: This fruity-floral fragrance will please lovers of sweet, feminine mainstream scents.

It is not sweet at all which, in my view, separates it from the overly sweet trend of the moment (which is a nice thing. I loved My NY on the paper tester strip and ended up grabbing the middle size as a Christmas present my mom could give me. It's perfect for work or a low-key environment where you want to smell noticeably nice but not overwhelming or overpowering.

Unfortunately it really does, but there's still something nice about it, almost like a note trying to poke through the syntheticness. Very spicy and woody in the opening which I suspect is the Pink Pepper, few minutes into it and I get a sharp Lavender which I don't see in the notes. This part of the perfume was not too bad - I generally like florals so this was fairly agreeable to me.
