With such a diverse selection of musicians using the wide range of BOSS Loop Stations, it’s fair to say that there is a BOSS Loop Station for everyone. The speed at which the indicator rotates directly corresponds to the length of the loop during overdubbing and playback, so you can keep track of your tempo and where the loop is within the rhythm. What’s more, you can even arrange them each into effects banks A–D and swap between banks during a single performance. BOSS's latest flagship looper comes complete with three sync'd stereo tracks, each with independent volume knobs and their own footswitch controls.

You can specify up to eight different functions and operate them in a variety of ways—with front-panel controls, an external expression pedal or foot switches, and/or various MIDI Control Change messages—extending your command of looping and many other operations. The second mode can be accessed by holding down the pedal switch and powering the pedal on simultaneously. All looping functions can be accomplished with only the integrated pedal switch: record, overdub, play/stop, undo/redo, and clear.
