I think I understand a lot of the negative comments to this sauce, and I put it down to them not using it properly. Dave's Gourmet is a company notable for creating and introducing Dave's Insanity Sauce, which formerly held the title of "world's hottest sauce. Expect lip swelling and nose running if you over do it not to mention a searing building heat and a euphoric head buzz. Dave's Insanity may not have improved but Dave's Ghost Pepper is apparently the same heat with better flavour and Dave's Scorpion Sauce is all natural.
